Review of installed lighting and report on workmanship and compliance with specification.

Provide written report to ASA management.

March 2016 Alice Springs Airport -Scoping Study on replacement of Series 2 AGL control system.

Provide technical details of control requirements for each Vis aid.

Liaise with Airservices Australia to modify current ATC control system to achieve compliance with MOS 139.

Review current equipment and services effected by proposed work.

Provide detailed program of works.

January 2015 Alice Springs Airport - Design and Documentation for the replacement of High Intensity Approach Lights.

Undertook design of new Hial lights.

Provided CAD drawings for tender package.

Wrote AGL Specification for tender package.

September 2014 Alice Springs Airport - Design and Documentation for the replacement of AGL equipment.

Undertook design of new Hi and Mi Intensity runway edge lights.

Provided CAD drawings for tender package.

Wrote AGL Specification for tender package.

March 2014 Audit and Condition assessment of Airfield Ground Lighting

Undertook 12 monthly Technical Inspection of the AGL equipment as per CASR 139.235-1. & CASR 139.240-2(b)

Provided condition assessment of all AGL equipment.

Reviewed compliance of AGL equipment and provided written report for inclusion in the Aerodrome Manual.

Reviewed the Aerodrome Manual and offered suggested improvements.

Made recommendations to improve reliability of AGL system and rectify any Non-compliances.

Provided budgetary pricing for future upgrades

Note. This report was used to achieve funding for the replacement of the High and Medium Intensity Runway Edge Lighting.

Procure appropriate equipment for the project.
Removal of old redundant lights

Core and slot for installation of new lights.
Installation of inset lights at each threshold.

Attend site, meet with Airservices Australia to determine how to replace the series 2 AGL control system

Provide budgetary pricing on various replacement options.

Assist Alice Springs Airport with budget proposals.
