Design layout of new Aerodrome Ground Lighting (AGL) to comply with MOS 139
Provide Tender Drawings in Autocad and PDF for issue to tenderers.
Write Specification for the Installation details for the following..
- Supply and Installation of new runway edge, threshold and end lights,
- Supply and Installation of taxiway and apron edge lights,
- Supply and Installation of turning node lights,
- Supply and Installation of Illuminated Wind Direction Indicators (IWDI),
- Supply and Installation of Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI),
- Supply and installation of new Airport Lighting Control System (ALCS),
- Supply and Installation of Constant Current Regulators (CCRs),
- Supply and Installation of Mains Isolating Transformers (MITs),
- Supply and Installation of Step Up/Step Down Transformers (SUT).
- Purchase of all equipment and materials necessary to complete the works,
- Supply and installation of new pit and duct system for all taxiways and runways (conduits supplied),
- Supply and Installation of Series Isolation Transformers (SIT’s),
- Supply and Installation of suitable pits to house SIT’s,
- Supply and Installation of 5kV primary and secondary cables,
- Liase with the Civil Contractor to develop a works program,
- Survey the location of all lights and cable runs,
- Supply and installation of Apron Floodlighting,
- Testing and commissioning,
- Provision of Operating and Maintenance manuals,
- Flight testing in accordance with MOS Part 139,
- Provision of “As Constructed” drawings in AutoCAD 2000.
- Provision of spares.
